I work alongside founders and leadership teams who have built something meaningful and now feel the weight of leading both the business and the people inside it. As organizations grow, decisions get heavier, culture becomes more visible, and the way leadership shows up starts shaping everything.

My role is not to manage operations.  It’s to strengthen leadership at the source.

Because when accountability is unclear, authority is blurred, and ownership defaults upward, growth feels heavier than it should.  I help leaders examine how they’re showing up, how decisions flow, how expectations are reinforced, how culture is modeled at the top and rebuild the structure that allows teams to operate with ownership instead of dependency.
